How To Find All the Crates in Gaia Cliff in Once Human
Sometimes, the weapon, gear, and mystical crates can be tricky to locate. That’s certainly the case with Gaia Cliff in Once Human. I’ll break down how to find all three crates in the order you’ll most likely come across them. Additionally, bring along a Molotov cocktail, as it will be essential for accessing some crates.
How To Get to the Weapon Crate
Gaia Cliff is a straightforward area to navigate. There’s essentially only one road that winds up the mountain until you reach the big bad boss. You can find the weapon crate once you enter the facility and it starts curving in a circle.
Follow the circular path all the way to its end, just as if you were leaving to continue up the mountain. But don’t take the left exit. Instead, make sure to hit the dead end where you’ll see a chest covered in vines. If you’ve never encountered a chest like this before, it can only be destroyed with one item: fire.
Throw a Molotov cocktail at the chest, and the flames will burn away the vines. Wait for the fire to completely recede before looting the chest or you might get burned. I learned that the hard way!
How To Find the Gear Chest
Next, let’s look for the gear chest. Continue through Gaia Cliff until you reach the main road, which will be flanked by buildings on either side. There may be a lot of enemies, but don’t let that deter you!
You’ll notice a larder on one of the buildings with solar panels on its roof. Climb up to the roof, then jump across the gap to the next building to find the Gear Crate. It’s essential to be cautious, as you may encounter enemies while trying to reach the gear chest.
How To Find the Mystical Crate
If you found the weapon crate, but still can’t locate the Mystical Crate, don’t worry! The Mystical Crate is located on the roof of the building to the left, where you encountered the Elite Enemy. To access the roof, you need to make your way to the teleportation tower.
Once you reach the teleportation tower, look over the ledge, and you’ll see the Mystical Crate. All you need to do is jump and glide to reach it. I managed to get the HAMR Crumble FRAG semi-auto sniper rifle for my efforts, and you likely will too!
