Mastering The Hunt For Mystical Crates In Once Human's Junkyard

In this guide, we will explore the precise locations of these crates and the best methods to tackle the enemies guarding them. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, these tips will equip you with the knowledge to become a crate-hunting pro!

Discovering All the Crates in the Junkyard

The Junkyard is notorious for hiding Mystical Crates, making your search challenging yet rewarding. In addition to the Mystical Crate, there are also weapon and gear crates to discover. This guide will walk you through the sequence in which you'll likely encounter these crates, starting from the Eastern road.

Locating the Weapon Crate

To find the weapon crate, you must enter through the south or east entrance of the Junkyard. Once inside, you'll come across a large courtyard surrounded by towering walls and numerous enemies. In the center of this area, there's a rectangular building guarded by an Elite Rosetta Mechanic, which you'll need to defeat to access the weapon crate hidden behind him.

Before engaging the Elite, it’s wise to eliminate the soldiers stationed on the walls and any nearby grunts, as they can make the battle more challenging. The weapon crate is directly behind the Elite, so plan your approach carefully to ensure a successful retrieval.

Finding the Gear and Mystical Crate

Both the gear and Mystical Crate are located in the same building, making it convenient to gather these valuable resources. Head towards the area where the Carnival of Doom quest takes place or look for the train station marked with the numbers 16 and 17 on the brick wall. The Mystical Crate can be found inside a red train car, while the gear crate lies beneath the feet of the Rosetta soldiers nearby.

Unfortunately, you'll need to engage the non-hostile Rosetta soldiers to access the gear crate. Once you've dealt with them, make your way inside the brown train car adjacent to them and ascend the ramp to claim your prizes!

To find the Mystical Crate, simply follow the railing and drop into the red train cart. It's as easy as that!
