Exploring The Well Of Echoes In Destiny 2: A Guide To The Tangle On Nessus

For the first week of Episode: Echoes, it turns out that is the Well of Echoes. This hidden gem, located in The Tangle on Nessus, offers players a chance to dive back into the action and engage with new missions and challenges.

As you venture into the Well of Echoes, you'll find that this area has a rich history tied to the Curse of Osiris DLC. It’s not just about nostalgia; the Well is currently linked to a new mission called Engima Protocol, where players can farm for high-value rewards and resources. It’s a perfect blend of exploration, nostalgia, and modern gameplay mechanics.

To reach the Well of Echoes, you’ll spawn at the Watchers Grave. Jump on your Sparrow and follow the winding road straight into the Tangle, a forest filled with massive trees and hidden secrets. The entrance to the Well of Echoes is directly across from where you first enter the area, making it relatively easy to find if you keep your eyes peeled.

The Well of Echoes can be found in The Tangle on Nessus. To get there, spawn in at the Watchers Grave, then hop on your Sparrow and head straight, following the curving road. You will arrive in the Tangle, which is filled with huge trees. Keep traveling straight as the entrance to the Well of Echoes is located directly across from where you enter the area.

Once you arrive, you can spot the Well of Echoes easily as it is marked by a massive stone entrance. Head inside, and you will find a sequence of tunnels and caverns that lead to a large, open area at the back. In this area is a shielded enemy that you will need to defeat. You can do this by destroying all the Vex cubes hidden throughout the area, which will drop his shields and allow you to inflict damage.

Previously, the Well of Echoes was an important area during the Curse of Osiris DLC, which also heavily featured the Vex. Now, it’s tied to the new mission called Engima Protocol, where you can farm for high-value rewards and resources.
