For this riddle, make your way to the For’ard Cabins near the pier and walk all the way to the end. Look behind the palm trees for another sparkle to interact with, found at X:10.2, Y:21.9.

Third Riddle

The third and final riddle reads:

“A thoroughfare worn smooth speaks of journeys come to end-reason and resolve, set in stone, with duty contend.”

From the pier, head north to Morrow’s Measure and look for the statues. You will find a pillar on the northeastern side that you can interact with to reveal the last piece of the puzzle, located at X:10.8, Y:13.2.

Finally, return to the Nostalgic Attendant to complete the quest and claim your rewards. This concludes the "Once a Riddler, Now a Ruler" quest in FFXIV Dawntrail.
